The company and employees share the cost of benefits (unless otherwise indicated). Active, benefit–eligible employees may cover themselves, spouses and eligible dependent children. Employees may cover domestic partners for some benefits under certain circumstances. Not all employees are eligible for all programs and some benefits may require waiting periods.
