Through its Jeans for a Cause program, Bank Mutual and its employees will wear jeans to work on Friday, May 27 in support of the Wisconsin Honor Flight.

Honor Flight is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing veterans with honor and closure by flying them to Washington, D.C. to visit and reflect on their memorials.  Through the Honor Flight Network, more than 20,000 veterans were given the opportunity to visit Washington, D.C. in 2015.

In observance of Memorial Day, Bank Mutual is proud to honor our veterans and recognize the sacrifices they’ve made to uphold our freedoms by supporting all local Honor Flight hubs in Wisconsin. Employees can elect to donate to any of the 6 Wisconsin regions and will have the option to dedicate their gift in memory of a veteran they’d like to honor.

Bank Mutual launched its Jeans for a Cause program in effort to spread awareness and support local, regional, and national non-profit organizations. The program gives employees the opportunity to wear jeans to work in exchange for a minimum $5 donation to a selected non-profit organization. Various non-profit organizations are featured throughout the year and Bank Mutual encourages employees to get involved by recommending events, charities, or causes they believe the collected proceeds should benefit.
