System Requirements

Online Banking and Online Bill Pay require Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher with the 128-bit High Encryption pack. You may also use Netscape's Navigator 6.0 or higher. Our website, Online Banking and Online Bill Pay are optimized for Internet Explorer.

Our Web site and Online Banking products are best viewed with your monitor display settings at 600 x 800 or 1024 x 768 pixels.

To determine what Internet Explorer browser version you are currently running:

Double click on your browser icon to open the program
Pull down the "Help" menu
Click on "About Internet Explorer"
The name of your browser and the version you have will appear (you will see the phrase "128-bit" on this screen if you have the correct browser already installed on your machine.)

To determine what Netscape Navigator browser version you are currently running:

Double click on your browser icon to open the program
Pull down the "Help" menu
Click on "About Navigator (or Communicator)"
The name of your browser will appear.
Look for the paragraph that reads "Contains encryption software from RSA Data Security, Inc."
If the next paragraph says "This version supports U.S. Security", that means you have 128-bit encryption. If this paragraph says you have "International Security", you do not have the appropriate security version to run Online Banking and Online Bill Pay.
