The Training Specialist develops, updates and facilitates bank operations, sales training and employee development classes in both classroom and elearning formats, and presents technical, operational and soft skills development training material at retail banking meetings. The incumbent develops new courses and course materials as needed and maintains and updates training manuals and other training materials. In addition, the incumbent serves as an administrator of the Bank's Learning Management (LMS) System and performs other duties as assigned in support of the Training function. Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of retail banking experience or one to two years of experience in a training related role. In addition, candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking skills and the ability to conduct group presentations and good organizational skills. The Training Specialist may be called upon to to travel to other regions to deliver training which may include overnight travel.
