The Assistant Bank Office Manager assists the Bank Office Manager in planning, directing, and evaluating the operations, training and sales functions of the bank office. The Assistant Bank Office Manager is also responsible for the daily supervision of the Customer Service staff and ensures that their responsibilities are carried out in a courteous and efficient manner. Qualified candidates will possess a High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 or more years of banking experience, demonstrated leadership ability and the ability to cross-sell bank products on a daily basis.
