Vice President-Bank Operations: This position, located at our Corporate Headquarters in Brown Deer, is responsible for the overall direction and control of operational functions including customer service, administration of deposit and checking accounts, electronic banking services and customer records. The Vice President of Bank Operations is responsible for recommending and implementing operations policies, setting and monitoring goal achievement, coordinating product development, and instituting procedural efficiencies. The chosen candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and a minimum of 7 years of highly relevant experience in financial institution operations and management, along with strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Retail/Sales Training Manager: We are seeking an individual to perform a full range of managerial duties including developing, reviewing, recommending and implementing policies and procedures, overseeing retail bank office technical, compliance, sales training, and retail bank promotion qualifications. This position will also supervise the Retail/Sales Training staff. The selected individual will be expected to provide strategic leadership, support and subject matter expertise in the training of our current products. Additional responsibilities include, monitoring the maintenance and updates of the Bank Office Control Program, regulating the insurance licensing of Bank employees and overseeing various teller software customization projects. We require a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or other related field with five years of relevant experience, or a high school graduate with at least eight years of related experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, sales orientation, and the ability to interact with bank office managers and department heads is a must. We also require knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the ability to travel overnight as needed for meetings and training.
